Dr.Elliott, Dr. Jindal and Dr. Maks worked together in private practice prior to transitioning to an employed model over 10 years ago. Eventually, big-box healthcare lacked synergy with their evolving practice styles. They decided to return to private practice through the creation of North Shore Physicians Group.

NSPG will be anchored by an innovative concierge model of personalized healthcare. Their practice with Prime Healthcare Illinois at 1625 Sheridan Road in Wilmette will close on July 11, 2025. North Shore Physicians Group, will open in July and is only 5 minutes away from the Sheridan Road office.

NSPG's new office is nestled near Ridgeview Grill at 1921 Lake Ave, Suite A, in Wilmette. Both regular and handicap parking are located behind the building.
